Abstract Submission
Submitting abstracts allows authors to present their work at the 7th Congress of Hematologists of Serbia.
Abstracts can only be submitted via our online form.
All submissions must comply with the available guidelines, and upon receipt, you will receive an official confirmation by email.
The review and selection of abstracts will be carried out by the Congress Scientific Committee, and approved presentations will be included in the program.

📝 Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee of the 7th Congress of Hematologists of Serbia will review and select all submitted abstracts and reserves the right to choose abstracts and decide on the final format of presentations.
📌 Poster List
The list of posters will be published in the final program and printed in the abstract book.
📄 Abstract Content
Abstracts should include: title; author names (first author in bold) with contact information; institution; introduction, aim, materials and methods, results, conclusion, and keywords (up to 5); maximum 250 words. Abstracts must be submitted in Serbian and English (foreign participants in English only). Format: Microsoft Word, Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.
✏️ Abstract Preparation
Before submitting your abstract, please make all necessary edits, corrections, and proofreading, as changes will not be possible afterward.
🖥️ E-Poster Technical Instructions
- E-posters must be prepared in horizontal orientation (LANDSCAPE), in 16:9 format, with a minimum resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, in PDF or JPEG format.
- The document and all graphic elements used in the e-poster must not have a resolution lower than 300 dpi.
- The complete poster must be displayed on a single page only — a single-page PDF document or JPG file (1920 × 1080).
- Recommended minimum font size is 8 pt. Avoid dense and large blocks of text. Your e-poster must not contain more than 800 words.
- The poster should include: title, author’s full name, institution and country, and content sections (introduction, aim, results, and conclusion).
- All images and graphics must use the RGB color palette, not CMYK.
- Large-format images should be resized or cropped to the required dimensions.
- Avoid low-resolution images that may appear pixelated on screen.

The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on e-posters:
- using protected brand names for drugs or medical devices (only generic names are allowed)
- video recordings or animations
- any form of commercialization or promotional content
